First Turn

First Turn January 13th, 1970
 
"FIRST TURN", is the title of this oil painting by artist 
Carl Bartlett of Signal Hill, California. Only a portion of the 
original is reproduced here. The artist painted it from memory 
of his Expert racing days in illinois. It is a view no camera 
could capture nor film enhance with nostalgia as Bartlett's 
brushes have so perfectly done.
